Virgin Express (VEX) lay-off
Moderator: Latest news team
Good to see this since I applied with VEX also.
Got a negative response but now I see I don't have to worry bout it.
Aviation is always a turbulence area to work but.......it's an adicted area to work also.
I should have learned my lesson after Fokker and now KLM but.......I am going for it again.
Maybe not smart but imaging myself working not in the aviation is making me even more sad then knowing I am going to be kicked out by KLM together with 5000 collegues in 5 or 6 weeks.
I wish the VEX collegues all the best and wisdom in these awfull days!

Erwin

A Whole Different Animal
It's not only in aviation that companies our laying-off people.
Every sector in Belgium seems to struggle, as if this country is filing for bankruptcy.
And I think the situation in Holland is even worse, as the population received a message from its government that every single individual has to make some sacrifices (€€€€€) in the next upcomming year.
At least the Dutch gov. is honest!!!!

Thank you Jumbolino.Jumbolino wrote:.... and another girl says "Hallo and welcome to VFlies"
And nobody will complain about that, quite the opposite...well seems there are alot of female around hereso be aware of "Hi guys"
As for 'hi guys' it doesn't address males only, it's rather gender-free. LOL
Of course, I'd be happy to use a more formal 'Ladies & Gentlemen' introduction if Comet, yourself and the other ladies around here prefered...
I pride myself on being as P.C. as possible... LOL
Couldn't agree more...and yeah luchtzak is one of the greatest aviation forum I´ve seen
Tschuss for now...
