From 4 weekly to daily? :D And a codeshare with Turkish Airlines? In the time of SN Brussels Airlines they flew to Istanbul, so I don't understand wy they don't codeshare already with Turkish from the moment they stopped the route.

The effects of SN joining *A will be smooth and fast.

No nonsense with the Germans; business.

What's your source about this? Egyptair released its summer timetable and they increase from 4 weekly to 5 weekly. They have no flights on Wednesday and Saturday.

Flybe is going to reduce the frequency from Southampton from 2 to 1 daily. Frequency on the Manchester route is 2 daily. All flights are operated with Dash8-400.

According to the BRU-MAD, BRU-BCN and BRU-BIO timetables, SN & JK start their codeshare on 25OCT09 ;)

SN is keeping their 2607/2608 only for this winter season.
This rotation will probably not be operated anymore during the upcoming summer season.
Flights beyond 27MAR10 may still be in the system, but will expectedly be taken out rather soon.

Everything will be updated by tomorrow or after tomorrow.

As announced previously, U2 is going double daily on BRU-SXF as from 25OCT09.
Hmmm... according to brussels airlines website/booking engine, it seems that only TXL will remain the ONLY route flown on SN metal... it seems that also HAM will be operated by LH... I find it a little bit sad if you ask me...

Hi,

Sorry,wrong!
TXL is only served with SN 'metal'.
As I booked a LH ticket in July already to TXL, I got mail last saturday of LH
that our LH flight gonna be served with SN ! (RJ85 instead of CRJ200)
I complaint ( about time-schedules) and now we're leaving BRU by SN and come
back with LH ( via FRA ) as I prefered 2 flights instead of 1 ;) by SN (RJ85 ).
So as you see only RJ85's of SN going to TXL from now on.. ( or via FRA :D ).
CX-B

QUESTION : I booked economy with LH , what's I gonna get flying SN for LH : Bflex or Blight?
anybody??? :?:
New types flown 2024 : DO228, A338 , PC6

Thanxxx, I just tried again and everything seems fine regarding the BRU-TXL and BRU-HAM routes, as both are operated by SN (+ 1 early FRA rotation) ... sorry for my mistake...

During the summer I had booked a Lisbon - Milan - Brussels on LH Italy (Economy). LH Italy cancelled the route between Milan and Brussels and I was rebooked on SN ... on B-Light.

I find this is not 100% honest. On the LIS - MXP section I received a hot meal free, on the MXP - BRU section I had to pay, even for a glass of water !!!

More positive, I received 750 miles on my "Miles and More" card for the MXP-BRU flight instead of the 250 miles you normally should receive for a European flight in B-Light with SN !!!

SN keeps operating a mix of AR8, AR1, 737 and occasionally A319 on its 7 daily BRU-TXL rotations.

If the Summer timetable 2010 now indicates AR8 on all BRUTXL rotations then please note that this is only a temporary indication, until the Summer timetable is completely finalised and uploaded.

You would have to specify your LH booking class in order to know with which SN booking class and thus compartment it is mapped.

Not only Spanair will start to codeshare on SN's flights to Spain on OCT25...

SN and TAP will codeshare on eachothers flights between BRU, LIS and OPO from that day on too, meaning they will offer 5 daily flights to Lisbon and 2 daily flights to Porto for next winter season. Other routes to Portugal (FAO) and beyond will follow soon...

My apologies if this has been reported already, but US Airways will make Brussels - Philadelphia a year-round service once again from "late next year".

http://www.flightglobal.com/articles/20 ... -cuts.html
As it moves to cut service in some international markets US Airways plans late next year to transition seasonal flights from Philadelphia to Brussels, Belgium and Zurich, Switzerland to year-round.

Jet Airways will re-introduce B777-300ER on their daily BOM-BRU-EWR-BRU-BOM as from November 21st. Good to see this magnificent bird back at BRU. :)

Since last winter, 9W had scaled down the route to an A330-200.
