Real scheduled flights you have one with Austrian to Vienna, one with Bulgaria Air to Vienna, one with Malev to Budapest and two or three with Bulgaria Air to Sofia (per day ...). The rest is tourist charter flights. When I was there a few days ago it looked like about 20 flights / day in total coming in and leaving again. But that might be higher in July / August.
