Good news about Air Arabia.
I also see that Ryanair's Alicante route will be increased to twice daily for a number of weeks in the summer.

SAVE will buy 27,66 % of BCSA for €11,346 million.
They may buy the rest, 21,24 % for €8 million in the future only if they invest as expected.
CRL will become a private airport.

Re: Charleroi Airport (CRL) latest news
According to this article Ryanair will start 3 weekly flights from Charleroi to Figari (Corsica South) from July 6th.

Who owns the rest of CRL? Didn't the regional governement own 100% of CRL?Acid-drop wrote:SAVE will buy 27,66 % of BCSA for €11,346 million.

That still leaves the majority of shares (51%) with the regional governement, which still makes CRL a majority publicly owned airport...

Marcel Buelens no longer ceo BSCA Charleroi Airport
