Piper cub in ground fog
Re: Piper cub in ground fog
Hallo,
I just recieved an email from Mario Allaerts from Elewijt but unfortunately
I've lost it due to a PC problem.
I saw that you have been in contact with him through this movie.
Could you eventually help me to contact him as he had some questions on a
new paintsscheme for his Piper Super Cub.
Best regards,
Daniel Brackx

Re: Piper cub in ground fog
Scary! He must have started the T/O roll without a single reference for keeping the straight line - or is there a gyro compass on this Cub? I doubt it.
BTW where was this done/filmed?

Re: Piper cub in ground fog
It was filmed in Brasschaat (EBBT).
The action you see here is not part of T/O, just a flyby afterwards. T/O has been done on the concrete, where the fog is much less, with better visibility.
