I don't know if they will change to Amadeus.
They only thing I know is that Bru.Air staff will do the ticketing for Swiss in BRU.
Check-in for Swiss will be moved to the last 5 counters on row 5 and will be done by Flightcare.

Not only in BRU, also in LYS (which is a new destination for LX).airbuske wrote:Bru.Air staff will do the ticketing for Swiss in BRU.
SN will also do station management for LX at LYS, meaning there will be NO representative of LX at LYS at all!
With SN, LX and LH all in the same group, I think this kind of synergies are going to be the norm in the future: there's really no reason to have company representatives of all 3 airlines at every European station. Could save quite some money that way...
Interesting though that SN was selected to take up this task at LYS, rather than LH: must have something to do with language proficiencies and stuff like that I reckon. Anyway, it is another proof SN is already seen as being fully part of the LH group, despite the lack of EU agreement for the time being.

I have a little question about SN and its partners regarding the "Partner airlines" page on brusselsairlines.com :
When will SN finally take the decison to update this page ??? At least to remove the FlyLAL logo !!!
