1) Yes, they have Personal IFE. Depending on which aircraft you are in, there could be some variations. But most of them are AVOD. Selections are ok..
2) Inflight meals and service are ok. Sometimes it can be good, but other time just moderate.. again depends on the crew and your destination. Also some of the months, they have special themes, so one of the options would be based on the theme.
3) Not sure which lounge they use at JFK, but at AMS, the lounge was recently renovated. It is much better now compared to the old times. Depending on the time you are in the lounge, food selection can vary, but still nothing much to shout about.
