Toulouse airport check-in question

Hello,
I'm planning a citytrip to Toulouse for next summer. Ticket prices are really OK, only the SN flight already leaves Toulouse at 06h20...
My question now is, at what time need I have to check-in? At Brussels Airport the closing deadline for bLight is 60 minutes, but for Toulouse there is no information at the website. At the website of Blagnac airport it states 35 minutes for brussels airlines... Is this correct?
Is ask that because the first airport shuttle bus only arrives at 05.20 at the airport.

When I should check-in online (although I have hold baggage), would that shorten the check-in deadline?
