Wow, a pity their livery is one of the blandest on the planet.
Is this a brand new B747-400F or was it just painted? New ones these days would be ERFs...

when you look well, you will notice NCA Airlines markings in front of the aircraft.

Are you sure of that? All I can read is "NCA Artemis", but definitely no 'Airlines'...

Strange... OO-CBC isn't yet mentioned in the Belgian Aircraft register:
Registration: OO-CBC
Make / Model: MC DONNELL DOUGLAS DC-3 SR
Owner: SABENA N.V.
First Registration: 07/02/1946
Scraped: 09/03/1961

Who is de actual owner of this plane?
I've searched the database at the Boeing website but no 747's are on order with Belgian cariers nor is Cargo B Airlines included in the customer list.
However, I do find that NCA has several 747's (-400F and -8F) on order.
Could this be one of the planes ordered by NCA? (8 are allready delivered from the 10 747-400F's on order)
EDIT:
The Plane is indeed owned by Nippon Cargo Airlines and leased to Cargo B Airlines. The 747-400F is one of the 2 remaining 747-400F's on order by NCA.

It does indeed mention NCA Artemis, the name of the plane, so the plane is probably owned by Nippon Cargo Airlines
Check a plane of NCA:

EDIT: A little searching gave an answer: OO-CBC is owned by NCA and leased to Cargo B

Yesterday the aircraft was pulled into the hangar of LHT.
Today it was standing outside again, but now with CargoB titles removed on the side.

That's the standard procedure when an aircraft had an emergency landing with heavy damage. But I think also in this case that CBA is not longer in the fleet list of Cargo B.

I can confirm that the plane IS owned by NCA and is on lease to Cargo B. A bit the same thing like OO-THC and THD. Ordered by TNT, but they've been flying for Emirates SkyCargo (in full cs) since they were delivered.

Wow, a censored post on a public forum in the year 2008.
I was just trying to share some true infos from a well informed source.
Appologies if this did touch somebodies nerves - somehow proves a point, doesn't it ?

For regular visitors (which, apparently, you are not) it is indeed quite surprising that an administrator had to censor a post. But then, regular visitors do understand that there must have been a valid reason.

I read somewhere (on Luchtzak) that the new airframe would be delivered tomorrow (12/12).
As I am flying out tomorrow lunchtime.. any chance I will see it before I go ?
