You can hardly compare these aircrafts, they are designed for different missions, different purposes.
Anyway...

looks: Very subjective, but for me, it's the concorde.
cost effectiveness: Mathematics... A380
eco-friendlieness: " "
passenger comfort: Depend on configuration. A 380 or 787
eccentricity: Concorde
experience to remember: None...
and overall brilliance: Concorde
