SN flight - Mostly b.flex

Post by firrech »

On last 30 June, i flew the evening from BRU to FRA on Brussels airlines (B-FLEX)
The flight was fully booked.
But i was very surprised to see there were only 15 PAX on B-LIGHT and about 80 PAX on B-FLEX.
I have to say that service on board was perfect.

I have been on that same flight as well - just checked my statistics ... ;)

I can remember a LH flight (4581 or 4583) had been cancelled that evening and pax rebooked to SN because of all other LH flights quite good booked as well. I hope I remember that correct :?

That SN flight (SN2613) normally is not fully booked and not 80% b.flex ...

Euroflyer, don't spoil Geert's pleasure!
He was only trying to increase the value of his company by a couple of pennies. ;)

Nice try, but next time he should not do it with a quote from a BRU-FRA route  :D

Well I was on the route Faro-Brussels this summer, and it was about 70% b.flex -30% b.light.

I think SN is offering less b.light tickets. With the high fuel costs, it isn't that important you have a full plane. it is important to have a plane with full paying passengers, a strategy SNBA used. I think in the future there will be on lots of SN flights more b.flex passengers then b.light simply because SN is offering less b.light tickets.
