Well it isn't because they are old I hate the 737, it's just because it's a Boeing. By the way a just booked the flight at KLM.

This is the kind of irrational stupid nonsense I want to bann from this forum.

If you want to 'hate' a plane (djeezes, some people need to grow up), keep this nonsense for yourself but don't drag this forum into an anti-Boeing and an anti-Airbus camp.

Both are great manufacturers, who denies this needs a reality check.

Have fun on the B737 of KLM (or do you think they fly the A320?).

This crap drives me crazy. I hope that your KLM B737 goes technical and you are put in the back of a Ryanair B737-200.

I agree with Sabena_690 about the stupidity of this anti-Boeing and anti-Airbus crap, both companies produce great aircraft.

I just want to say that I flew to Cyprus on a Boeing 707 of Cyprus Airways, my second lot of flights in the type (an old type, but still many airworthy examples I'm sure!) I was seven years old at the time and loved every minute of the flights. For all those who love the 707 I will write a report of the flights in the Airline Experiences forum to compliment my earlier 707 flight reports!

Flight KL3399 AMS-Larnaca and Flight KL3398 Larnaca-AMS are both operated by Cyprus airways and they use Airbuses, but your right I don't want an Airbus-Boeing discussion

B737229 is right!!!!!
SNBA flies Larnaca out of EBBR, but not at their own metal .. it is a Codeshare with Cyprus Airways!

You can also charter a SNBA-aircraft and then they will even pick you up in EBAW!!! But isn't that cheap I geuss ...

Best wishes for 2004!!!!!

Nothing wrong with a Ryanair 737-200, they still fly great

I checked our own travel side for 4 persons and got this:

Heenreis (Brussel, België - Larnaca, Cyprus / zondag, 25 juli, 2004)
Luchtvaartmaatschappij Vanuit Naar Vlucht Nr. Vliegtuig type Klasse Via Vertrek Aankomst
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines BRU AMS 1726 Fokker 70 L 0 25 juli, 12:00 12:50
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines AMS LCA 3399 A320 Airbus L 0 13:40 25 juli, 18:50
Retourreis (Larnaca, Cyprus - Brussel, België / zaterdag, 14 augustus, 2004)
Luchtvaartmaatschappij Vanuit Naar Vlucht Nr. Vliegtuig type Klasse Via Vertrek Aankomst
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines LCA AMS 3398 A320 Airbus L 0 14 augustus, 09:00 12:30
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines AMS BRU 1731 Fokker 70 L 0 16:05 14 augustus, 16:50
Basisprijs per persoon exclusief belastingen : Volwassen - 348.00 EUR
Totaalprijs voor alle passagiers inclusief belastingen is 1687.00 EUR.

In this case no train but a great flight with a Fokker 70 between BRU-AMS vv.
I should have known what to choose.

I checked the SNBA codeshare but at the dates I would like to fly all flights were full. And I decided to fly KLM and take the train from Antwerp for 2 reasons 1) It's closer 2) My sister gets airsick! The dates are as follows Ant-LCA at 10 July and LCA-ANT at 24 July

You could fly Sn Brussel Airlines. It's code-sharing but you could fly business and then make use of their nice lounge :D
It's always that what make me choose for Sn.

We are not that rich, economy Class is about the most expensive that we can fly! P.S.: read ALL of my post CAREFULLY and you will probably see why we took this decision!
