Yesterday, I went with Wim C. and his wife to AMS for some spotting and a visit to the Luchtvaarthobbyshop (but of course mainly for the spotting)
Here is the 1st batch of my pictures...
AirBridgeCargo (VolgaDnepr; ANA-c/s) -- B747-200F/SCD -- VP-BID
Clickair -- A320-214 -- EC-HQJ
GreatWall Airlines -- B747-200F -- B-2429
NorthWest Airlines-- A330-323X -- N809NW
KLM -- B747-406 -- PH-BFA
MartinairCargo -- B747-228F -- PH-MCN
NorthWestAirlines --B757-251w -- N535US (with the the silent wish to fly for another carrier... )
NorthWest Airlines -- A330-223 -- N808NW
OnurAir -- A321-231 -- TC-OAN
OnurAir -- DC-9-88 -- TC-ONR
China Airlines -- B747-409B -- B-18251
BMI -- A320-214 -- G-DBCB
(and admit, that control tower really looks like a face with a huge nose watching the planes taxiing by... )
And, of course, the hightlight of the day:
YeongNam Air -- F100 -- HL7774 (prior delivery 1h later)
Note the bird on the engine and the text under the front port:
"We'll remember our customer always and think about our customers as always" (sic)
I hope you like them, I'll post other batches in the coming days...
Grtz,
Simon

If you can count the blades of my engines while they work, you are too close to be save
