I use a Fuji FinePix A500 (small digital camera) optical zoom 3X for static and near planes

I use a Olympus IS-5000 (it's a classic camera) 28-140 mm for flying or moving planes but I would like to buy a reflex digital camera (Canon for example) with a bigger zoom at least 75-300 mm.
