Hello

It was indeed nice to see there was quite some difference in this parade.

I stood right behind the corner of the Royal Palace, between too much people I think (should had choosen that place earlier on the day but yeah...). Anyway I saw the planes so I'm happy :D.

the planes passed in this order :

-5 x Alpha Jet with smoke (belgian flag)
-Seaking + Alouette III 'Astazou'
-3x Agusta 109
-3x Agusta 109
-3x Alouette II
-3x SIAI Marchetti
-3x SIAI Marchetti
-3x Embraer Xingu (French Air Force)
-3x Alpha Jet
-3x F-16
-3x F-16
-3x F-16
-5x F-16
-1x E-3A 'Sentry' AWACS (NATO Luxembourg/GKE)
-1x KDC-10 Tanker (KLu) + 3x F-16 (Belgian Air Force)
-2x C-130H Hercules (instead of 4!)
-2x Embraer EMB-145
-2x Falcon 20
-1x Airbus A310-222

and adittionaly

-3x MD-900 Explorer (Police)

They past at aprox 1500-2000ft right above the park in front of the palace, between the 'Wetstraat' and the 'Belliardstraat', right on time (16:17LT) and they flew from West to East continuing over the 'Jubelpark' and on.

Here are the pictures, don't expect too much of them because I think they really suck, but anyway for those interested in the pictures...here they are:

No worry, Yannick, they are the only ones posted until now, and therefore you deserve our congratulations.

On 21 july, I was at Beauvechain.
We had to attempt a briefing, and we had a mini airshow of the marchetti's, the alpha Jets, the fouga, the seaking and the alouette.

Goodmorning,
Just saw from the office the departure of 2 AWACS-aircrafts. Quit unique to see them both departing within 5 minutes.

Hello

Thanks guys that you still like to see them ;)

liesje: too bad the fouga wasn't at the defilé. Lucky you saw it in EBBE.

FANFLYER : Did two AWACS' departed out of EBMB??? Wasn't it only one? There only flew one AWACS in the defilé.
(too be honest, even in Geilenkirchen you don't even get to see two AWACS' departing within 5min...about ever hour one leaves.)

Best regards: Yannick ;)

Only one AWACS (LX-N90442) departed Melsbroek on Monday 23/07. After take-off, it performed a circuit followed by a low pass over 25R.
