Good luck Sean1982
I wish you the best, and I hope your still so motivated once your really know the company.
You only have a one year contract so kiss ass as much as possible.
Especially if you see a future for yourself working there.

You are wrong about that. You retreive a permanent contract with a one year probationary term. It's all up to you to show you're competent and flexible. I know a couple of people who are working 2 or 3 years for ryanair.

Ryanair is imho just a good airline but they have another view on doing there business then the normal airlines. You notice this in the price also. If the gentlemen has a problem with paying extra money for a wheelchair he should not fly Ryanair and complain after it. Instead he should fly BA, get the wheelchair for free and pay 3 double the ticket price. Come on people, I said it so many times already, everybody wants to sit 1st class for a low cost price, this is not possible!!!!!
Low cost means, you have a ticket which gives you the right on a seat from A to B and that's it, no extra's, that's why they call it a No Frills Airline.........No Frills......nothing........also not a free wheelchair.
All this can be read in the disclaimer from Ryanair but ofcourse people don't read it, just keep being stupid, fly cheap and complain later, yeah right, well anyway this boy and his wife are flying once again on the 19th of december from CRL to Rome, cheap, on time and with No Frills ;)
