Most of the Avros still need to be painted, as well as 2 of the 3 A319s, and 3 A330s. Right now, OO-DWK is at Qaps getting painted. You can follow the painting at Qaps on their website, www.qaps.nl

2/14 Avro Rj.85's are repainted
0/6 BAE146-200 are repainted
5/12 Avro Rj.100's are repainted
1/3 A319's are repainted
5/5 B737-300's are repainted
5/5 B737-400 are repainted
1/4 A330's are repainted

19/49 are repainted so 30 aircrafts still have to be repainted

... and due to the high current utilisation rate of all aircraft, the repainting programme is in very slow motion.

As none of the BAe 146 are repainted so far, which are clearly the oldest ones of the Avro/BAe fleet, might that be a sign they will be retired soon (this means before repainting 8) ) Or is it just a coincidence and I am interpreting too much into it ...

Aren't the BAe's going to Africa if SN maages to start the Airline in central Africa ? If that is the case, it would explain why none has been painted yet.

On the OO-JAF schedule, it took 3 days to paint it (a plane that has never been painted before then, logically  )

OO-DWC is now indeed at the paintshop, you can see it on the Qaps website. That's the first of the special SN liveries to go.

About time... as I remember, these liveries were only to last during the summer of 2006...

Now OO-DWJ is in painting. This will be nr.7 from the AR1 fleet. If that one is ready, 21/49 aircrafts will be flying in Brussels Airlines' colors, 28/49 will still be in (SN)BA colors.

Perhaps due to the lack of pilots, it will be quicker now !!!!
