Hello
ANR has only several fequencies , and as jaf217 already said:
135.200Mhz is the general frequency (tower).
Hower you can also use following frequency for GRND:
GROUND : 121.900Mhz
(but that's additional, most of these actions are also included in the main frequency 135.200Mhz)
BRUSSELS NATIONAL:
Brussels Ground 1 121.875Mhz
Brussels Ground 2 118.050Mhz
Brussels Tower 118.600Mhz (RWY 25L arrivals/ finals)
Brussels Tower 120.775Mhz (RWY 25R arrival, departures 25R)
Brussels Departure 126.625Mhz (when airborne)
EMERGENCY 121.500Mhz EMERGENCY FREQUENCY
EMERGENCY 243.000Mhz EMERGENCY FREQUENCY
ATIS Arrival (BUN) 110.600Mhz (BRU meteo, RWY use, BRUNO)
ATIS Arrival (BUB) 114.600Mhz (BRU Arrival info , meteo , runway use etc... BRUSSELS BE)

Hello there,
Can you guys out there help me with the current attitude towards scanners in Belgium. I believe they are illegal in Belgium, but listening to them in the UK is also, but the authorities don't bother. Am over in BRU for a couple of days next month and obviously don't want to get in trouble with the authorities. When using my scanner, I don't advertise the fact, I use an earpiece and conceal the scanner inside my coat. Am I better leaving my scanner at home??
Best Wishes,
Neil.

It is already a difficult task to trace an emitting station's position, a receiving station is totally untraceable.
Keep the volume low, don't attract the attention and you should be allright. Otherwise pretend you're a student pilot, they won't even bother asking about your flying license.
