... my personal cabin crew website, where you can find my stories.
I just started it though, so don't expect too much of it yet! :D

For those of you not reading/speaking/understanding Dutch, I apologize.

First of all, dear Blackhawk, I am not a trainee. I have over 2 years of flying experience now, so I don't consider myself as a newbee anymore!
:D

Second, although I would love to put pictures of myself & my uniform (on which I'm very proud) , I don't want to be recognised by too many people (collegues and passengers). Some things I tell might not be appreciated by all, if you know what I mean. If I tell specific details (pax who acted ridiculous etc.) about a flight, including the date and destination AND my picture would be right next to it... you can imagine the consequences if someone recognizes the situation. I just don't want to get into trouble, just flying in the safe part of the sky

I wasn't talking about you but about the girl in one of your recent stories ;) (the rejected take off story). And damn, you have nice stories to tell!

The pilots did take pictures of when the trainee had to demonstrate the 'pilot incapacitation' procedure. They would email them to me, but so far I haven't received any.
I would love to poste them here, but I would have to ask her first!

And thanks for your compliment. I'm glad there's already at least one person who likes my writing :D

Hello

Nice website, I noticed a little grammatical mistake:

If you go on 'Mijn profiel' you can see:

'Ik houd van' and it has to be 'Ik hou van'

Sorry, hoor, Alvaro, maar hoewel het misschien niet zo vlot klinkt, is het niet fout. :D

Hilarious!

Hehehe Dutch nowadays gives me a bit of a headache but it is so worthwhile that I shall beat it!

Are you sure you are not gonna be recognized though? Seriously if a HR guy decides to look up who you are he just has to look at which purser was on the flights you describe, and by correlation will find your name after all!

Then again there is nothing very offensive in what you write!

I don't mind being recognized by people of my own company, you know. Most of the crew already know my site by now!

I, like a lot of crew members with a weblog, don't like to explicitely mention my company on the internet, that's all.
