This is a plane operated by

Rossia State Transport Company

This Ilyshin Il-62M - RA-86539 usually transports the Russian minister of defence.

On 10/05/07 there was an important meeting at NATO in Brussels with Army Gen. Yury Baluyevsky, chief of the General Staff of Russia's Armed Forces.
So I think this was his taxi.

Unfortunately the bird ws not parked at Abelag anymore so I suppose the bird has gone.
