Can somebody explain what kind of flight was VLM933 from NCE today (arrival 22:45)? Charter? Or VLM is now flying to NCE from BRU? And why the code is VLM and not VG?

The VG code is used to designate scheduled flights and the VLM code si used for charter and charter had hoc flights.
