The UK Register now holds over 17,000 aircraft for the first time. For further details click below.

I didn't realise that there were so many microlights (ULM's) about - little b***ers get everywhere!

A test at random in the Belgian Civil Register book learned there must be around 2600 aircraft wearing an OO- registration. This number includes balloons, U.L.M.s, motorised parachutes, gliders, homebuilts and the small & large (commercial) airplanes. Also about 30 "wrecks" remain on the register.
And concluding, there must be around 600 foreign registered aircraft based in Belgium, some of them not airworthly anymore.
