:?: Who knows where this callsign comes from?

Goodmorning,

Estail => "S-tail" refering to the stylish S from Sabena on the tails of the airplanes.

is this callsign still used for bru air?
or do they still use it on the former sn planes?
and what about the callsign off the former virgin flights?
