CABIN FURNISHING FOR FIRST SINGAPORE AIRLINES A380

Cabin furnishing of the first production A380 was completed in early April and is being tested prior to final delivery to Singapore Airlines.

The first production A380 - MSN003- due to enter service with Singapore Airlines later this year, reached the end of the cabin systems test phase on 4 April. Installation of the aircraft’s cabin at the A380 final assembly line in Hamburg was finished on 21 March and since then Airbus’ engineers and systems specialists have been performing a range of tests on the newly installed systems to check that they are working as expected.

To pardon a pun, probably never worth the weight, but there was no choice!

If the button doesn't work try shutting off the pop up blocker. If you have Firefox allow popups for the Airbus site.

Glad I could help. I like the A380, not as pretty as a 747 though. I usually fly to Davao City in the Philippines every year to visit with my Wife's Family. We usually fly Philippine Airlines. When I went last September I took a Delta 757 to LA A 747-400 to Manila and a A330 to Davao City. I won't be flying on a A380 any time soon. I might get a chance to fly on one of the 777's that Philippine Airlines just ordered though. As long as the A380 keeps the ticket prices low I would be happy.
