Actually, that's still nothing compared to the guys with their quad cores. It just depends on your rig and your settings.

Those people on FSW are pretty good. They have a tutorial section on their forum, may be interesting to read sometime.

Those people are alright 8) but not as good as The real screenshot artist that i know of.
