Singaporean LCC Tiger Airways has applied to Australian authorities to start flying in Australia according to the media reports here late this afternoon.
The news has been confirmed by the Australian Transport Minister Mr. Vale and he told the media Tiger Airways would be welcome to Australian domestic market providing they comply all the rules and regulations and gaining the relevant permits.
