Now we finally will have a direct route where the language is not important.
I don't understand you! When Sabena flew BRU-DTW, they at least were speaking your language. I doubt that Northwest will put Flemish-speaking cabin crew on their BRU flights...
I am sorry if you didn't understood me..The French speaking cabin crew, employed by Sabena, refused to speak Flemish to my kids. (apparently they overheard my wife and me speaking English).

This happened on several flights I had with SN and a French speaking cabin crew... Our "written complaints" remained unanswered.. After we were deprived to fly Business Class (Overbooked they claimed, no no.. they knew our name and/or they didn't liked those premium seats to be occupied by 3 to 6 years old kids..!!!) we started flying with other carriers to BRU and back..This was "the rest of the story"....

sn26567, don't be so "SN defensive" ..I was just sharing my SN experience, not my NW experience..

Aviapartner also does the handling for Continental Airlines
(and used to do it for Us Airways as well)

Handeling will be done by Avia partner since they do already for AF and KLM.
