Correct me if I'm wrong but I think they were only flying to/from Brussels and Moscow in the end. And it appears they had a habit of cancelling flights to Brussels quite often...sn26567 wrote:Could SkyEurope take over some of the routes?
SkyEurope's opening of its Vienna base and summer expansion at Bratislava should minimise the impact of the loss of Slovak Airlines.
On a tangent, I think flights to Moscow from Central Europe would be a great idea, currently very few connections. I know LOT and Centralwings were negotiating/discussing with Krakow airport, Krakow and Moscow city authorities, the possibility of opening a low-cost connection on Centralwings between the two cities... I'd love to see that happen.
