I never said US was a "full service" airline. Read what I said. Its unattainable.

US is not full service. We can't deliver at the price our customers want the kind of service they want. Same with almost every other airline. (UL PS is great and so is CO, but beyond that its all the same crappy service). VX brings NOTHING to the table. Just the same tired ideas (see SONG and Shuttle by United) with the same management. Just new money.
