The Tristar is also scheduled next Sat/Sun.
The DC10 is same airframe since 30/12/06: N303WL, flies for ET and has only "cargo" titles on engine & the tail logo of World. The pax ET was logged in spotters DB: ET-ALY.

I really wonder how long it will still be flying to BRU before we see the promised 767...

Haven't seen it myself but received visual confirmation from a Dutch spotter that it left AMS for BRU at 13:26. Landing at BRU must have been around or shortly after 14:00.

For the rest of the original posting : both TK's, the AT and HF visually confirmed by myself, the TOM confirmed by ACARS.

Indeed, but be happy : 9Q-CHC is the single (and final?) pax L1011 currently operating scheduled passenger services in the world ! I'm sure the ALX Tristar will be missed by many spotters and enthusiasts the day it's replaced by a 767...

The Lockheed will certainly be missed! Anyone know when the REALLY last Tristar-service will be operated?

Which is correct, it was a ferry of JAF for TFL to Egypt.

No, because ALX doesn't know it either.

Everything is postponed untill further notice.

But no worry, the 762ER will come, but when ?

767 - HBA

Post by patpo »

Good evening,

Follwing the last news I've received from RDC, the first fly of the 767 HBA to Zaventem is preview for the 14th of february...

The 767 will normally made 2 flights per week, one on Wednesday and the second one on sunday...

The Tristar must continue to flight on RSA, perhaps Dubaï,...
Regards
Pat

No change about this sad news ? Time to write the obituary of the TriStar ?
