Details according to Amadeus :teach wrote:The US flights to PHL are now also bookable. Service starts June 1, and will be daily, with 757. Arrival in BRU at 10.40 a.m.,
departure 12.40.
US 750 PHL-BRU, arr 10:20, daily (1234567)
US 751 BRU-PHL, dep 12:40, daily (1234567)
Type is indeed 757 so it will be a B757-200 winglets. US is currently

Important: please not this is still Subject To Government Approval. This means that US Airways has prepared everything concerning the startup of this route but... it still possible they cancel this flight!winglets wrote:US Airways
Brussels, Belgium daily 752 effective June 1 (US 750/751)
US 750 PHL BRU 8:30 PM 10:20 AM
US 751 BRU PHL 12:40 PM 3:25 PM
However, you are already able to make a booking on this flight via their website, and also in Sabre. I presume in other GDS this will be possible too. But it doesn't mean that you can make bookings and that their flights are displayed in the GDS that it's 100% certain this plan will go through...
Let's wait a little more closer to the date of their inaugural flight and... important... to an official press release of US about their flights between BRU and PHL.
Anyway, I wish US good luck in the Belgian market! The Transatlantic market ex-BRU is changing a lot in 2007!!!
As I started earlier this topic, widebody-boeing-business-jets-t19493,hi ... +cook.html , Thomas Cook is going to start flights to Istanbul on 1 May with two flights a week.
Between 21 June and 6 September three fligths a week.

The next two European destinations seem to be Warsaw and Stockholm.I don't expect to see QR at BRU in 2007 but it seems that they want to offer more European cities then the one in Eastern and one in Northern Europe.
But could BRU really support these new flights? After all we already have Etihad, which will focus on the Belgian market when they will axe the BRU-YYZ leg this summer.

Hello
I don't really know wetter this question is on topic here , but since the title of this topic also mentions 'FREQUENCY's' (maybe new , but anyway) I give it a try here (not having to open a new topic).
on wich frequency can I receive the ATIS arrival of Brussels Airport @ Antwerp?
I already have these ATIS frequency's
BUN (110.600)
BUB(114.600)
FLO (112.050)
HUL (117.550)
AFI (114.900)
BRU (121.750)
I would think it's on the BUN (Bruno?) frequency? But I really don't get anything out of it.
So can anyone confirm this , either give me the correct ATIS ARR BRU for Antwerp area please? Thanks very much. (you can also do this by PM if you wish to stay anonimous or if it's forbidden to give it open on this topic, wherefor also my excuses in that case.))
Best regards: Yannick
