Spotting at Strasbourg (SXB)

Hello, I would like to go to Strasbourg during Christmas holidays. I intend to visit the city but also to do some spotting at SXB.
Do you have any tips / personal experience about spotting there ?

Don't be there earlier than 11 am because of the fog! SXB is the airfield where I did/do the most of my CatIII approaches in winter.....
