OST 06/12/06 Special An-12 Air Sofia

Hi folks.

As the prof couldn't come this afternoon we found ourselves with a nice free afternoon. 8) It has been a while since the the weather was so good here at EBOS so it was very welcome!!!

Sadly teletekst was broken today so I decided to go to the airfield "blind" To my great susprise there were 3 quite special airframes at Ostend . Sadly only one departed. On the apron was:

Air Sofia's An-12 LZ-SFA
Antonov Design Bureau An-124-100 Ruslan UR-82008

and an unknown Fairchild Dornier 328JET-300. Couldn't get the reg, sorry

As I said I saw 1 departure, Air Sofia. To make things even better it had some new labels on it.

I went back this evening for the departure of the Ruslan. Just to make some experiments . Never done any real nightshot work wut for my first time I'm happy. Sadly there was a lot of wind tonight so getting the pictures sharp wasn't an easy job.
