Apparently a group of muslims held a protest against this event at Sea-Tac airport last friday.
The protest had the form of a praying session in front of the US Airways ticket desk.

If your news is true, I don't know your source, I think the praying session was not the form of protest but was a part of it, cos as you probably know there is 5 praying times a day, as in winter the daytime is short & nightime is long it's normal that a prayer time can arrive during a protesting procedure.
If I was there, I would also protest US airways practice, which is not first one.
