As expected, the A340-500 did arrive on 25L. Spotters corner at the "watertower" was of course very crowded.

Just before this well known albino bird "N25AZ" was caught, bringin another African State member.

The MD82 of Best was also a notifiable first visit.

Too bad had I to go to school from 1 'till 5PM. But I'll go to Abelag tomorrow morning to catch a glimpse of it.

The 3 "big" parking positions at Abelag are filled with 2 USAF KC-10's and the white 727. The A345 went to Melsbroek after landing (around 16:10, too bad of the delay).

Earlier in the afternoon, Michael Schumacher's beautiful FA2000 HB-JEG was spotted arriving on 25L. Also seen were B-HMF (CX B742F silver bullet) and SP-LMD (B733 Centralwings in LOT c/s but big CLW sticker).

Regards, Robin Bamps.

Thanks in advance,

So let's hope the A345 is clearly visible from the street in Melsbroek...

Good evening,

KC-10A 85-0033 left around 18h30 and the other one must have followed soon after. Around the same time, I heard "Amiri 7" repositioning from military apron to stand 303. Can anyone confirm the Qatari A.330 is indeed A7-HJJ?

Gilles

Stand 303 is located on the east side of the old satellite (so the side you cannot see when driving towards the airport terminal or standing at the car park).

I can, QR 007 was logged as such by Acars.

Good evening,
is the oubound-time saturday 0900loc for the 707 still up to date?
And does anybody know when the white 727 will depart?
My my last question: I think the 707 will depart on 25R, so where is the best place to spot her? I was only one time before in BRU and that was on the wall at the top of 25R.
Any chance to fotograph her on her parking position or when taxiing out? That would be the safetiest way!

Many thanks in forward
Daniel

Goodmorning,
Pictures on taxing out or on hold at parking position is possible although the circumstances are not 100 % good (light for ex.). Moreover, planes or other stuff could obstruct the sight.
Best place to be able to take a picture, is next to Abelag, General Aviation where there is a parkinglot (P53).
As far as I know, ETD still at 09.00.

Morning gents,

I don't know if this is connected to the subject but instead of opening a new topic it's maybe better to make a quick post here. The Ethiopian 73G arrived vom ADD at 4:45 this morning ET8704, is it a regular flight, and could someone help out with the reg?

Thanks

You seem to have had some very sleepy eyes my friend. The ET reg was put in the database on the 16th.
Even André apparently didn't see it ;), as many others when looking at some mailing list. Is the database getting too crowded with special visitors  ?

@ BelgianBoy

I'll answer your plea!!

The AN-26 you saw earlier this week was 3208 of Slovak AF.

For mil movements in Brussels you are better to look at this site

http://www.florennes-as.be/

Not absolutely comprehensive but better reported than Luchtzak which tends to be airliner dominated.
