just checked flightplans 7881/7883.
now a small calculation :
mtow 394625kg
dow 160000kg (average)
gives you 234000kg (roughly) to be divided between fuel and payload.
average flightime 09h05-09h20 at +- 11000kg/hour gives a burn between 96000kg and 100000kg. Add to that some other fuel requirements such as 3pct contingency/alternate fuel/excess fuel required due to fuel policy,..... gives you average block fuel of 110000-115000kg. Result is close to max payload.

Note fuelfigs all depend on weather conditions (ie windspeed in the jetstream reached 150kts yesterday)
motorcycling : sensation with a twist of the wrist

Wrong answer, was CN-RPB on a maintenance check, check also November Spotters DB

The white A310 is OE-LMP, arrived July 2006, check also July Spotters DB
Kalitta was N703CK, regis can be picked up via Kalitta Air web.
