Ryanair Baggage fee

Hello,

I was going to book a flight with Ryanair and i think that i have discovered that the website is not up to date because i am getting a fee of 9 euros for each bag that i want to check-in whereas in the conditions of carriage they say that if you do the advance payment (online payment when you book the flight) the fee is 4.5 euros... strange or just ryanair?

It's €4.50 per bag per flight.
A return flight = 2 flights = €9
