Montenegro Airlines transports its 2 millionth passenger

PODGORICA - Montenegro Airlines has said that it has had its 2 million passenger since its begining in 1997.

Passenger, Mrs. Elida Mijovic from Podgorica has became the 2 millionth passenger with Montenegro Airlines as she bought her return ticket from Podgorica to Belgrade. The prsident of the company thanks all who have flown with Montenegro airlines for their trust, and awarded the 2 millionth jubilee passenger a tourist package for 2 persons to Paris flying JAT (joking, LOL, its with Montenegro Airlines ).

"During the first year of flying, 16.000 passengers were transported, with one aircraft. The year after, with two aircraft, the number of passengers transported was 70.000. " according to Montenegro Airlines.

Montenegro Airlines is expecting to have transported over half a million passengers this year.

Currently, Montenegro Airlines offer fares between Podgorica and Tivat bound for Belgrade at 39 Euros one way (49 Euros return) ex taxes in economy class.
