I speak:
Dutch (Mother tongue)
English: Fluent as that is the language i communicate with my girlfriend in.
French: good as i speak it at least 50% of my time at work, but it will never be fluent, it's just not my type of language.
Some basics of German and Spanish, since I had them at school/ took extra classes of them. But I use them very rarely now.
Some words of Polish, but that should improve son as i'm planning to take classes from september (still searching for it, suggestions for the area around Brussels are welcome).
English is fluent, but as neither my girlfriend nor myself are native English speakers, we tend to use Dutch/French/Polish words for words we don't know in English. It's funny sometimes.
My girlfriend is good in languages:
Polish: mother tongue
English: fluent
Spanish: fluent (when she was still a student, she used to teach spanish in a language school)
French: good
Dutch: good, she subscribed herself for classes from september, did the test, and now she is in the highest level. She just sometimes tends to mix up the order of some words.
She also has basic knowledge from Russian and German from school (but her German has almost totally gone away, she still can understand it though)
Because of her knowledge of Polish and Spanish, she can communicate in Portugese, Slovakian and Czech. But of course just the very basics.
