G-VERD is the new A340-600 for Virgin Atlantic in new colors.

IMHO, I think the old c/s is way better. These are so bland. Everyone seems to be painting their aircraft in new colors now: TAAG, Aviacsa, Aeromexico, Virgin, ...

The tail looks a little different, but not much.

Actually the flying lady would in any case be hidden from view by the jetway. It's probably still there.

Indeed, they won't stop proudly displaying the British flag, claiming they are the 'flag carrier'

(a marketing trick from the time BA started the 'World tails', and thus removed their flag...)

Just in case you are refering to the flying lady on the back of the plane, that was just a one-time birthday livery.

Hello

On the colors you can't see that much of a difference , but I must say I do like the bigger titles. On the other side I also like the new 'wavy' style on the taillogo, but I'd rather like it with the blue bar under it.

If they would have added a blue 'wavy' line under it (wich would perfectly match) it would look perfect.
