It would seem this plane belongs to NAS (National Air Services), a Saudi Arabian VIP transport company which is launching an LCC. I bet this plane is for the LCC.

The plane belongs to the
SAAD group.
This is a Saoudi-Arabian group with investments all over the world.

NAS is owned by the SAAD group, but they are launching an LCC, so this might as well be one of the planes for the LCC? They use Airbus corporate jets for the VIP transports.
