but maybe with JP.world wrote:If Croatia airlines orders the 4 CRJ 900s,then the 3 ATR 300s will go!
There will be no joint order with Jat as Croatia airlines belongs to the star alliance group!
I think OU would probably keep the ATR42's. They should keep them. OU could have much use fo them.

Croatia Airlines intends to take 4 CRJ-900 in order to replace all three ATR-42s. This information is from CTN directly, and they really want to withdrawn ATRs in any case.
I have never heard that Croatia Airlines is thinking about any joint order with any other company, and have only recently started negotiations with Bomardier and completely nothing is decided, now. And there is also an option to take CRJ-700s.

CRJ900 isn't a replacement for ATR42's, how can they be? If they got CRJ200's then that makes more sense.Aerocroatia wrote:Croatia Airlines intends to take 4 CRJ-900 in order to replace all three ATR-42s. This information is from CTN directly, and they really want to withdrawn ATRs in any case.

An example on the routes ZAG-VIE, ZAG-MUC, ZAG-ZRH or ZAG-SJJ.CRJ900 isn't a replacement for ATR42's, how can they be? If they got CRJ200's then that makes more sense.
ATR-42 is too little for these flights and A319 too big. If you replace all these flights operated now mainly with ATR-42s then it is no more needed.
