1. Terravia agree on Ground Handling

From the 1st of July, Terravia, the groundhandling service of Air Belgium, will take care of the Flanders Airlines planes and passengers at Antwerp, Ostend, Brussels, Luxembourg and Dublin. Terravia will offer four services: passengers services, baggage handling, catering and maintenance.

At Antwerp Deurne Airport and Ostend Bruges Airport Flanders Airlines will take care of these services themselves so they can offer our passengers the best service with a Flanders Airlines touch.

In Brussels, Terravia owns its own hangar facilities, equipped to maintain the majority of aircraft types in commercial services. From a small A-check to a thorough D-check, their hangars can do it all with the famous Belgian quality. On all airports where Terravia is active they are also able to handle light maintenance and line checks.

Visit www.terravia.be for more information on Terravia

2. Extra flights

During the summer holidays touroperators have chartered our planes (Flanders Sun Airbus 321) to perform some extra flights departing from Brussels int. Airport. Destinations: Corfu, Monastir, Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, Antalya, Malaga and Jerez de la Frontera.

3. Flanders Shuttle Services

From this summer Flanders Airlines connects Antwerp Deurne Airport with Antwerp Centre, Brussels int. Airport and Brussels Centre. The Flanders Airlines Shuttle Services are exclusively for Flanders Airlines passengers. With these shuttle services we want to offer our passengers all the comforts they need for a relaxing holiday or a business trip without stress. On presentation of your boarding pass, ticket or electronic confirmation these services are free of charge. The shuttle's schedules have good connections with Flanders Airlines flights.

4. Flanders SkyShop

On board our flights passengers can buy several duty free* articles like perfumes, cigarettes and alcoholics. We also offer a wide range of Flanders Airlines items. These items can be bought on every Flanders Airlines flight or on our SkyShop website, www.cafepress.com/flandersskyshop.
*Depending on your destination there is no VAT or the VAT is paid by Flanders Airlines... so you always shop duty free!

5. Ask the CEO / FLA Xperience

FlyFlanders, our monthly in-flight magazine, is releasing two new topics: "ask the CEO" and "FLA Xperience". From next month these topics will appear. Therefore we'll need your writing capacities. Send us a question to the CEO or report us your (e)Xperience with Flanders Airlines and maybe you'll be in the next FlyFlanders issue! (flandersairlines@gmail.com)

Welcome to Terravia.

This airline has potential, I think it will become a very nice airline.
