What sponsored pilot cadet training schemes are available?

Hello,

Just wondering, because I really want to do this, do you guys know of airlines (world wide) who accept pilots with no flying experience at all for a sponsored training? I know AF does it, but I am one year too old for them, also CX, but you have to be a resident in Hong Kong to be able to apply...

any help is welcome!

I think Britisch Airways used to do it, but I'm not sure wether they still have such a system in place. Anyway, the trend is in the opposite sence really: you have to pay more and more yourselve (thx ryanair!)
