Sunwing Airlines offers direct flights from London to Vancouver on Mondays and Thursdays and to Halifax on Tuesdays and Fridays, in a 189-seat, Boeing 737-800 (until Sept. 15)

Promotional fares are from $149 to Halifax and $249 to Vancouver*.

Sunwing Airlines had its inaugural flight on November 17 flying to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Sunwing Airlines is owned by the Sunwing Travel Group, a travel consortium that also owns tour operators Sunwing Vacations and Red Seal Vacations. The company is owned and operated by father and son team, Colin and Stephen Hunter, two Canadian travel industry experts.
