Thanks for sharing them Bottie!

Mmm looks like my herpa 1:500 model is out of date now...

And aren't SN's A333 already old and quit unreliable due to their age?

dep 04/06 10:40 Brussels-Kinshasa SN1359 delayed 14:00

SN359, OO-SFM had to return to BRU because of flapproblems during flight.

SN1359 will now be flown by OO-SFO

Well that is what I kind of meant. They were one of the first A333 to come out of the Airbus factory. Therefore taking the brunt of the first teething problems of the new built A333 when they were young. And now it shows: Mechanical problems arise more often than they should. They therefore need more attention than usual...

I don't find the 333 really ugly but I think like you that they should have painted the front of the aircraft. And concerning the models 1/200 I bought the same at Sn Brussels opening days at BRU and I think it is different from the real one, the 1/200 looks better than the real one, I think the low part of the fuselage is more blue and it is really nicer. Hope the future new delivery will look nice.

Looks great! I am starting to become a big fan of the A330.

They need to start service to the US, so I can fly on one and visit all of you. :)

BTW: What kind of engines do SN A330s have? They look like P&Ws to me.

All SN's A330 fleet is GE powered. The CF6. It wasn't very common untill recently. Now many airlines have the enhanced CF6 engines such as QF, AF, QR, KLM or TK.

FB.

BTW I love SN's latest scheme on the A333. It's really classy.

Hello,

When i say "ugly", i'm not speaking of the A-330 because i really love this aircraft but i'm speaking of the colors. I know that they are the same than the ones on the avros but the airbus 330 is too big to receive this kind of colors. Beurk :x

Cheers

Olivier ;-)

Very nice picture, Olivier! The plane landed around 11 o'clock, so it was a unique chance to photograph this beauty in pure daylight. By the way, SN's newest colour scheme looks gorgeous on the Airbus A330 8).

Greetings,
Airborne

André,
could you explain me how to post a pic, as I got one, at landing in Mallorca ( my model ) we could beleive it is the real one
I do not understand how to upload it

If I can, how do you know my model ?

The project I am making now is a TRACMA ( Push back ) at the same scale as my model ( 1/16 ) to push back my model during starting of engine 1

With my best regards

IL semble un 767 SN se fait voler une partie d'aile à DKR hier...
