Hello Everyone

Post by -Duke- »

Well, I've visited this website many times simply because I run a small Network of phpnuke websites and this one seems to be listed rather frequently for searches specific to adding google advertising to the phpnuke CMS as well as googletap.

Today is the first time I actually lurked around your forums and I finally noticed the area for "Flight Simulation". I am an avid gamer but one of the best flight sims I've ever played (and continue to play) is IL 2 Forgotten Battles/AEP/Pacific Fighters/BoE.

Hopefully there's others around here like me who think that game is the shiznit.

Anyway, hi :D

Thanks for the welcome buds, makes a person feel all warm and fuzzy.

I started a website called lifesupporters.com http://www.lifesupporters.com a few years back for reasons unknown to me at the time. It is a site that's sole purpose is to give everyone a shoulder to lean on should they have no one to talk to or confide in when something weighs heavily on their mind. I think the site served a dual purpose as it helped me come to terms with my life as a son of an alcoholic father and the memories, emotions, resentment and rage from that experience.

My late 20's to mid 30's saw my issues rise to the surface and it took me close to 10 years to finally come to terms with it all. Lifesupporters is the realization of my buried past and the anonymity the net provides makes it extremely simple to share your most intimate thoughts/feelings/issues, as there is no worry of being judged, insulted, persecuted, or teased.

I've registered with ICRA, Safesurf and I'm also listed in Family Friendly. Now I've added other "family friendly" sites to the network that focus on other online activities such as cash and freebies, game movie making (new), phpnuke theme creation (new), gaming, etc.

All sites can be found from the main, lifesupporters.com

I hope this is what you asked and my little spiel here doesn't go against site policy, if it does you have my sincerest of apologies.

Regards,

Ken

Saw your website.

Amazing. Would take me about a week to amass the information.

Appreciate your concern for the society.

I'll be around for as long as I'm welcome here so get used to me :D

Ya, there's definately some content at Lifesupporters and I can only hope that some of it is informative to those in need. A lot of work has been done there but still more work needs to be done to get it to where I'd consider it complete. If I were to guess, I'd say I'm somewhere around 10% complete at current time and it's taken me two years to get there.

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to check it out.

Ken
