Now I really do wish we'd booked with VLM. I would hate to see the same thing happen at Manchester as happened at Heathrow.

At least with VEX coding with VLM into London City you know you will be flying with VLM.

I suppose that Comet never shops in a supermarket as there are also some people who don't have much money... it is sad that some people still think that radically... but they can order everyday from the 'traiteur' :)

An airport like Stansted is great! You arrive and in 15 mins you 're out... It is a flashy new airport, LHR is old and dirty. It is also great if you need to go to Cambridge :) Just be realistic, low cost airlines bring money and a new type of traveler into an airport...

What you said about Antwerp airport... well it is sad to see that there are only a few flights a day... before we had KLM and SN here, it looked at that time still like an airport, these days it looks like deserted and if you 're lucky an aircraft lands or takes off :(

Once more, I agree with another 'low-cost-airline' supporter
People who fly on a low-cost carrier do it just because they do not have that much money... And they are NOT hooligans (see earlier in this thread)

 STN is indeed a very convenient airport if you want to visit the nice city of Cambridge

Greetz!

BeN

PS: Btw, I am just back from Rome (CRL-CIA-CRL) and intend to report on my experience in the dedicated forum part.

Oh - with STN you can be away in 15 minutes of leaving the aircraft can you????

Well, I really wish I'd known when I'd booked London City over the past two years. You see, at London City you can be away in five minutes of leaving your aircraft because it is such an efficient airport!!

And yes ANR1972 or whatever you like to call yourself, I do shop in supermarkets. Please get your facts straight before you make such statements about me in the future.

Thank you.
