Spotters/Photographers,

DHL A300B4 OO-DLW flies around with a new tail in old Airbus blue/rainbow livery and "Airbus A300" markings. Apparently the tail comes from an Egyptair A300. Shoot your shots....

Update: you probably need to be quick!
Acft in BRU on Fri 5/5, leaves on Sat 6/5 via ARN and RUH to arrive in AUH for heavy check. Not sure if tail will still be on afterwards...

OO-DLW arrived at approx. 12.30 pm and is still for the moment at spot 518 front Hangar 4 ( EAT)

what was wrong with the old tail then ???

I Think it wil turn back in yellow/red colors

The technician the replaced the rudder made a little joke.
In fact there's not A300 written on the tail but A388

and the tail doesn't comes from an Egyptair but from a JAS! like those from Flyair.

Nice photo René! did you took that at BRU?
