The E-170 is a noisy beast. Wouldn't want a business jet based on the series, unless they added a whole bunch of soundproofing.

Looking at the length of the aircraft, you can clearly see it is based on the ERJ-190.

I know, I said that I hope they do a 'Lineage 2000' based on the E-195LR, like the BBJ2 is based on the 737-800, and normal BBJ is based on the 737-700
